I recently needed to see a dentist because I was in a lot of pain I called and was lucky to get an appointment the same day the staff was so nice and the dentist did a good job . I will be going back and will be recommending them to my family and friends

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago. I was running late & decided to do the courtesy of calling. I am then told the Dental Hygienist is out & I won’t be able to get a cleaning. Be mindful; I got my wires removed from my braces to get this cleaning & called out of work. Took a point to my attendance as well. & yall are letting me know the DAY OF, when I’m calling yall (instead of calling me) that I won’t be able to get the cleaning. I’m so tired of these businesses.

This used to be the best office I sent so many people here. Now it’s a new dentist and staff it’s terrible. The customer service is TERRIBLE whoever answers the phone always has an attitude. The work is not like it used to be. I do not recommend.

I have been with NorthCoast Dental since spring 2021. I needed a permanent crown done. The temporary broke a few times due to my mistakes eating on that side as temps aren't usually meant to last long. Everytime the temp broke they always were kind to let me see them first thing in the morning, everytime. Dr. Z is excellent and very kind. His assistant Ganette and a few others working with him, I did not get their names, however each and every one of them are smart, kind, professional and gets the job done. I finally got the name of I believe an assistant or an EFDA, named Shawna whom I've seen since I first came there. She is so kind and remembered me and my name everytime. She's very smart too. I had been a patient here for about 20 years and it only took one visit with the NEW STAFF to make me leave. The old dentists have retired and took the caring, courteous and friendly staff with them. As a patient I did not feel cared for or cared about by the staff who would be performing my services. I felt as though they did not want to be bothered or cared for my concerns…and I came in because of a dental “emergency.” The dental assistant pronounced my name incorrectly at least 3 times and when she spoke she spoke low, with a heavy accent in which I could barely hear her. The dentist told the assistant the results of my visit and then she mumbled something to me that I did not understand…. It took a minute for her to call the dentist back and then he went into mansplaining after I
