Psychiatrist Sarah Hake has provided the best treatment I’ve ever received. She truly is an excellent individual with a lot of empathy and compassion. I am very grateful for her presence in our community. And I would recommend her service to anyone in need of assistance or treatment.

Nurse Jessica blocklinger and I believe the other nurse name was Lori ( short gray hair) as we’re waiting in the waiting room where they applied the waiting seats, the nurse comes out and asks us to move we cannot sit there while guest are trying to check in however, Y’all placed the chairs there . very rude as our mother had less than 24 hours to live, due to these two nurse we could not say our last good byes to our mother they made us leave the hospital, I see why the reviews for this hospital is so very low, having people that work here and do not understand the compassion that comes with losing a love one ..

Went to the walk in clinic and was 'seen' by Dr poore He stated that there is nothing wrong with me but I knew that wasn't true so I went to go get a second opinion up at the belleville medical clinic and tested positive for strep throat and a double ear infection(he even told me that there was NO redness in my throat and couldn't see anything wrong with my ears). Maybe if he took his time to throughly do an examination and actually cared about his patients then i wouldn't of have had to go get a second opinion.

I would like to say that i had to take my child to the ER for a low temp as he had been battling influenza and then temped dropped to 94 at one point. I was very hesitant on taking my child here as i absolutely refuse to let my kids be seen here as several past experiences. I got talked into taking my child here as i was told there are new doctors in the ER there is one specific doctor that comes from out of town that i would not let my children see. I do wish they could tell you who the doctor is if you are there checking in because had that doctor been on call i would have turned around walked out and drove an hour to our hospital that we normally go to. Polite and professional. Staff was helpful and happy to explain aspects of my treatment. I always have a good experience and leave feeling like my provider actually cares about my health.
