North Central Heart

Had a scan done two years ago at North Central Heart, had the exact same scan done two years later and the price was 7x higher. Talked to the billing folks and was told the higher ups decided to bill through the hospital for the technical portion instead of the clinic, keep in mind nothing was done at the hospital. This was absolutely shocking to see the new bill. No negotiation, nothing. This is why Healthcare cost are sky high. This will be the last time we ever use this facility again, total scam.

Terrible experience! The nurse practitioner I saw tried to tell me the only issue was with my weight and how I was eating and when I told her I still passed out when I was skinny she tried to say compression socks will be a magical cure. Very terrible care received. Extremely rude and dismissive. I honestly should’ve just skipped the appointment. The nurse was also disrespectful and made rude remarks. Would never recommend this clinic to anyone!! I believe Langerock was her name. Don’t go to her unless you wanna get belittled and treated like you have no issues.

You’re a number. If you want a doctor that actually care about your wellbeing…go elsewhere. Tested and verified. A bit upset O had to give one star just so I could let others know. Shame on them!

Every single time I call I get left on hold for 20 minutes. I'm trying to make an appointment for my HEART, I don't have time to wait. And I called multiple times today to be left on hold. Jessica Powell is respectful and she is a good Dr, but the receptionists aren't that great at answering when needed to.

I was pleased with the professionalism and the excellent care I got from all of the staff at North Central Heart. I could tell that Dr. Allen is concerned about my health as an individual, even though the waiting room was nearly full of patients. For me their system was run efficiently as they ran me through several tests.
