Caryn is very knowledgeable about massage therapy. She has worked wonders on my upper back, shoulders and neck. She does a great job of explaining how muscles are connected and what methods she is using to help with my problem areas. She also suggests stretches for continued therapy at home. When I first went to see Caryn I was suffering from chronic headaches that stemmed from tightness in my neck and shoulders. The headaches were gone after the first massage, and her reasonable prices have allowed me to continue receiving massages on a monthly basis.

Caryn does wonderful work and helped me with some neck and shoulder tension. She was great at listening to what I needed and checking in with me. I would recommend her to anyone!

Caryn is an excellent massage therapist. She is very sensitive to her clients, explains the benefits of what she is doing, and delivers a massage that is equal parts therapeutic and relaxing. She has reasonable prices that reflect the no frills environment in exchange for a truly excellent massage. She works with insurance companies, too.

Caryn is extremely thorough. She is focused on reducing pain, stress, and improving flexibility. She is strong and very good at deep tissue massage. She also is very helpful in providing guidance on exercises and stretching that I can do to improve my sciatica, as well as neck and shoulder soreness. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices.
