North Cape Center

My mom came to North Cape Center for rehabilitation, and I can say this with my whole heart: she was doing so well because of the all the staff here. The staff goes far beyond a job description. They truly care. They took the time, showed patience, and treated my mom like a human being, not just a room number. Now let’s talk honestly—was the food amazing? No. But let’s be real… what nursing home, college, or school has five-star food? None. And when the level of care is this high, that’s a small trade-off. The nursing staff deserves endless praise. Shout-out to April, Amber, and Chrissy—absolute angels. There was also another nurse whose name I can’t remember, but trust me, she was incredible and didn’t put up with my mom’s nonsense. Today was my grandma’s first day at north cape center for rehab. She said everyone has been nice and she is comfortable. When I arrived, OT was in the room speaking with her. The OT was friendly and went out of her way to answer my questions. She also asked some good questions of her own. The CNA was very nice as well. I feel better leaving her there after that experience

My husband has been in this rehab for a week and I am so glad we picked this facility. The staff on the first floor in the Rehab are excellent, very caring and very supportive of patients and their family. They have kept us updated every step of the way!

10 days and counting. Our mom is stationed at this facility and working towards getting her health back in order. The staff is quite friendly and kind. They all have a tough job to do and seem ready and able to comfort their clients in an attentive and kind way. I would prefer to be able to meet with medical practitioners per visits to be more informational moving forward towards a plan, yet understandable due to volume of residents. So far- 5 ⭐ 's H.F.

Our arrival was very welcoming, and the staff was extremely efficient. The transport guys were compassionate and kind and gentle and efficient. The nurses are great so far. Glad we are here.
