I’ve been going here for over 10 years—more years than I care to admit—despite consistently disappointing experiences. Forget about efficient communication with the office; plan on 30–60 minutes of wading through their voicemail menu before finally being placed on hold. Because the office is close to home, I’ve resorted to doing all my scheduling in person. The people themselves are kind, but the management approach and care philosophy don’t work for me. I only want a prescription as a last resort, yet that always seems to be the quick fix they recommend. Appointments feel rushed, and staff often come across as overwhelmed and overworked. Kristin Schaub is a great option if you're looking for care for your children. She listens, doesn't rush you and answers all your questions. She is respectful of parental rights/choices and gives good feedback. She has children of her own and offers great wisdom when it comes to being a mother. This office could improve by leading their front office staff to be warmer and kinder. This isn't the first time I've encountered short, curt and dismissive staff in the medical world. I hope that changes here. Not looking for fake sincerity just genuine human warmth. Kristin has that which is why we will continue seeing her.

FRONT DESK WOMAN IS TERRIBLE AND I AM FORCED TO SWITCH PRACTICES. For 2 weeks myself and my case manager had been calling and leaving voicemails at the front desk (because we were unable to ever reach a person to speak to) asking for the annual medical papers needed for my disability. its been a month now and still no response. So I was forced to find a new doc. The woman at the front desk is very rude right off the rip for no reason at all. God forbid you have to turn in medical papers to her or ask her a question. This goes for only one of the women at the front. The other one is the total opposite. Very sweet, kind, and helpful! Ive read the other reviews and a lot of the bad ones seem to be about her. I had to switch to another doctor office because I could never get a hold of the front desk. And now for some reason I keep getting calls from their # and the vm is an automated voice as if I'm calling and on hold. Very strange. If you Google their # it's some man's name out of Uniontown.

I would leave a big fat ZERO if the original lady I spoke with hadn't been so kind. However when I got to the office. The receptionist was not friendly. My fault I had the time wrong and I was 10 minutes late. But she didn't address it with any finesse. She said we have a 10 minute late policy. We'll have to reschedule you. I have a bladder infection. She offered a week away. I said by then it will become a kidney infection. So no, that won't work. She didn't offer to be helpful in any way. I walked out and do not plan on going back to them for any medical attention. At this point. I don't trust them. They made it obvious they don't care about your health.
