North Cache Valley InstaCare

Everyone at this clinic was very sweet, from the receptionist that let my daughter pick out a matching bracelet for her bunny to the nurse who found a pink popsicle for my daughter to have after she took her medicine, they were all fabulous. I was in and out within the hour even though there were several others that had checked in with me. The provider sent medication right over to my pharmacy and I was able to get them in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this clinic

I took my young child into the Instacare yesterday believing it was the right thing to do. My child was coming off of a viral infection that we had nursed mostly at home. In a moment of weakness I second guessed myself and decided to take him just to make sure he did have anything worse like meningitis. I was seen by PA Colby Andersen. He didn't really listen to my concerns and only focused on one possible illness. I regretted my decision instantly. I disclosed private health information to him behind the safety of the exam room--to which he said. No worries. No judgment here. Then when I exited the exam room and was near the nurse station with other nurses and other PAs present he made me repeat previously discussed private health information in front of the other staff. I usually try to avoid going to the doctor, but after dealing with a cough for five days, I finally decided to go in—and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Malouf was fantastic. He truly listened to my symptoms and gave me a clear plan of action. Ashley, the X-ray tech, worked quickly and efficiently during my imaging. Melisa, the RN, and Angela, the MA, were both incredibly helpful throughout my visit at InstaCare. Even Dr. Park, another provider who stepped in, made the experience comfortable and reassuring. The wait time was quick as well! It’s been a few days now, and I’m already starting to feel better. The InstaCare providers and staff were absolutely fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

PA Trevor Nelson was absolutely amazing! He was patient, kind, and masterful as he helped out our baby girl. We absolutely recommend the North Cache Valley InstaCare and particularly endorse PA T. Nelson!

Receptionist was so kind and friendly. Doctor listened to me. Addressed my concerns. Helped me figure out the next steps I need to take to figure out my health concerns. Everyone showed me exceptional care.
