Administration is top-notch. As other people have noted here, you're never waiting more than a couple of seconds. Unfortunately, I've had a few too many run-ins with Dr. Tran not to note them for potential patients. He was consistently very rough on my teeth and gums during teeth cleanings. They were regularly the most painful thing I would experience in that six-month period. He would also often criticize me very sternly for my flossing and brushing habits as I was experiencing this pain. Luckily, they've hired other staff in recent months to handle teeth cleanings more gently and diplomatically. I have been coming here for 13 years and have had great service. I don’t ever feel upsold or unnecessary work. They are super efficient and always have my paperwork ready before coming in.

Everyone on staff is helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. They run an efficient operation and never make you wait more than a few minutes. Courteous and professional.

One of the best dental clinic in Chicago!! Dr. Tran is very nice & reassuring! He was very patient and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The staff is also very polite and welcoming. Love this place !

I came into Dr. Tren,s clinic for cleaning, my teeth were left badly stained, bleeding gums, I have gum problems- Dr. Tren is aware of the my dental needs. I am not sure his concern for my need would be met. First impressions are about this clinic is absolutely not good. ,
