North Atlanta Dermatology - Cumming

I will definitely not be returning to this dermatologist. I've had painful red pustules (not acne) on my neck for months now and I've seen Stephanie twice to get some help. The first visit, she looked at my neck for literally 5 seconds and told me it was allergies and there was nothing I could do about it but try and figure out what was causing it and cut it out. I came in again a few weeks ago because the issue was getting really bad and it was embarrassing to have my neck covered in red spots. My appointment lasted maybe 5 minutes and she never once looked at my skin. She asked me if I take allergy meds every day and when I said no, her tone was very condescending and she just said "well why not." I left basically in tears because I felt that she just wanted to get me out as quickly as p

Me and my whole family see Dr. Dhar, and I can honestly say we trust him with our eyes closed. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to make sure we feel comfortable and heard. He’s not just an amazing doctor, but a wonderful person too.

My experience was excellent with Atlanta Dermatology! It was very easy to book an appointment and they were able to fit me in the next day. I was sent links to fill out the paperwork before my appointment making streamlining the appointment very easy! The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I waited less than 10 minutes before I was seen. Stephanie was very attentive to my concerns and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend Atlanta Dermatology based upon my awesome experience!!

Tried and tried to cancel an appointment, even with text notification, contact us form and no less than 8 calls to a phone system that's unsupportive. In case someone reads your reviews, I'm cancelling my appoinment. Hope your process gets better in the future.
