Dr. Busser is incredibly kind and thorough in her care! She was able to fit me in last minute and made sure I understood every aspect of my treatment. She offered a few different options and explained what each option would look like for me. I’ve gone to a lot of foot doctors in my life… I have yet to see another who genuinely cares as much as Dr. Busser does.

Dr Busser is an excellent podiatrist & highly recommended. Kind, caring empathetic, knowledgeable….very concerned about relieving pain and discomfort to restore function and mobility to her patients. Office is clean, welcoming and well maintained. Appointments , billing and communications are efficient. Allison(office manager/medical assistant) and John(medical assistant) are highly efficient and responsive to questions re: insurance, billing, appointments or questions for the Dr. Portal for The Norridge Foot Clinic is easy to navigate and the response time for questions is usually same day or within 24-48 hours if office closed. Dr. Jennifer Busser and staff are wonderful, personable and friendly. Dr. Busser is very attentive and does not rush through the appointment. She offers sound medical advice and she is a great podiatrist in close proximity to my home. I fully recommend her to anyone in need of a podiatrist!
