Norman Regional Urgent Care — Porter Health Village

I had a traumatic injury to my finger on Wednesday morning around 8am resulting in a fracture and having to have my entire fingernail removed. I genuinely couldn’t look at it. From the point I walked in the front door, until the time I left, I had the best care I’ve ever had at an urgent care in my life. Receptionist was happy to be there and happy to help. The nurse was gentle but direct in order to keep the process moving along. Cory came in and she was so straightforward and got the whole ordeal over with without it feeling rushed. They were all very kind (and FAST) and I’m so so glad that’s the urgent care I chose.

Super staff. Excellent doctor. Was in a lot of pain due to a pinched sciatic nerve and they listened to me and treated me in a way that helped immensely without mind altering pain meds. The doctor went above and beyond in the explaining of my treatment and let me make the decision. NRH continues giving quality care despite their recent issues. I love this hospital system!! Always fabulous care for myself and my 90 year old mother in both urgent care and hospitalizations. Still in the game and on the mark!

I'm so grateful for the amazing staff who took care of me. I was really sick and even though they were short staffed took time to listen and make sure I was comfortable with the treatment and understood i could be hospitalized if my systems didn't improve quickly. I did improve and so very grateful.

I recently established Care with Amy Hobson. From the front staff to the back, staff check in and check out was awesome. Quick and easy staff is very friendly. Amy was very kind and thorough. She listened to My concerns regarding my healthcare, found her concerns. Amy took her time to talk with me and to explain what her plan of action was going to be. I’m looking forward to working with her and her staff for all of my healthcare needs. I would have no hesitation to recommend Amy and her staff. Great job everyone 💜

Everyone was so kind and efficient. I was seen in a timely manner and all the staff listened to my illness issue and made me feel at ease.
