BEWARE!!!!! IF YOU GET A BILL FROM THEM DO NOT PAY IT. This is not a real business or medical center, They don’t even have a physical location, do not scan any QR codes from them. I called these people on the phone, I asked to pay in person and they said they couldn’t do that, when I asked for an address they couldn’t give me one. I believe there was a huge medical data breach not to long ago which is why these scammers have some of your info. the easiest way to figure out if you have any medical bills left is to call the place you were seen at or call insurance. I would give them a 0/10 if I could, also if I see this message deleted from the review page I will post it again.

Fairly certain this is a scam. They allegedly interpreted the results of an MRI I received in a completely different city, and sent me a bill for almost $400. Meanwhile I got back to my doctor and 2 months later Integris (and allegedly this place) hasn't sent over any results, I had to log into my client portal and show my doctor, who did all the analysis and interpreting the results there with me. At best this place is a total ripoff, but I think it's actually fraudulent. I'm going to the police if I can't get it sorted in person (because their phone has been disconnected).

Who sends texts to pay bill to a 76yr old ? Most of that generation knows little to nothing on technology. They are use to envelope & stamp paying bills. We have not received any bill from this place, & my mother receives a text about a bill from them, but with a 248 (Michigan) area code. She is sitting in her chair stressing out, worrying about a bill she has not received.

Deserves NO STAR. Worst customer service in the billing department. No active listening which means you must repeat everything at least 3 times. When you ask for a supervisor (what your calling regarding was to be done last week), you are put on hold and the CSR comes back stating the sup is still busy could I email the bill do you (the one that did not get to you as your address was entered in their system incorrectly and the CSR told you a new one would generate in a month and this is why a supervisor was requested) The CSR should have offered this first. A second request for the supervisor and again placed on hold. Long story short I was on hold for 32 minutes and no supervisor came online as I hung up. I think this may be some sort of scam. I've received bills from here but never been.
