WOW,WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! I arrived 30 min prior to my appointment. Was told that I didn't have insurance after they scanned my cards. Totally incorrect. No extra effort after telling them they were mistaken. They canceled my appointment and claimed they couldn't reschedule me without insurance. Six pages of information filled out while waiting, shredded. I left confused, irritated, and upset. I called my insurance as soon as I got in my car(no cell phones in waiting) and was told I had no issues. My insurance company tried calling them, as I still had 10 minutes before my actual appointment. Couldn't reach them, they never answer, always leave a message. I see a bunch of negative reviews here and I'm not sure why since I have only good things to say about the staff and my physician, Dr. Rusha and his team. I've twice had very successful treatments here for facet joint arthroscopy. The nerve ablation treatment is by nature a very painful procedure, but the team works as quickly and accurately as possible and they are very empathetic and reassuring throughout. I get tremendous relief almost immediately. And yes, they're very busy and it can take a while to set up an appointment but I know, at least in my case, that's usually because it can take time (longer than one would hope when in pain) for medicare to pre-approve certain procedures.

Amazing doctors each and every one of them, even the nurses they care for your health. And they make sure you are comfortable and listen to your need. And if there's any problems, they always take care of it right there, and then I appreciate you all thank you so much for helping me with my pain every day. So I can do the basic things day- day blessings!!!!

My mother was a patient of Dr li. , After many disappointments with the procedures, and many X-rays and a mri, then wait 2months for a follow up appointment, with still no answers. He still cannot decide if it’s my hip or my spine. We are extremely disappointed with this practice and will not recommend. Also the billing dept is inept. Not friendly and a bit annoyed that I called. Again, no answers. She will not return, she does not trust this practice. I

So far so good. Dr Li , did my test injections for Facet Joint nerve ablation. He seems honest. They offered me surgery. However, I was too nervous to do that, because I don't want to have surgery and then not have psin relief, suffer and not heal properly. I can barely walk as it is. I can't go back , my spine Cannot handle anymore injections.
