Update: practice replied by accusing me of lying. I strongly suggest all patients do your own research and review all sites that have reviews. I should have been doing that all along. They are informative and will help you in selecting your providers. And take action if a dr violates your HIPPA rights! I would give negative stars if I could. When I arrived the receptionist asked for my name four times before they could get it straight. Disorganized from the get go. Spent a lot of time with student trainee giving history. Dr came in, proceeds to order the same tests I had already done FOUR times previously and was headed out the door. Her whole presence in the room was about 2 minutes max. I have seen Dr. Mirza for over ten years. She is a very competent, thorough, and professional doctor. She is also warm and friendly. I highly recommend her

Update 2: I reached out to the company. Basically said it was my fault for not knowing they were getting credentialed, but were not in network yet. Even though they told me I just owed the copay for the insurance I had at the time of service. I am quite concerned about the practices I have witnessed with their billing department and the fact they blamed it on me because I should have known their Credentialing status. I do not appreciate being gaslit. I have lowered it to one star. Update 1: I had to drop my rating from five stars to two stars due to the lack of transparency with insurance and billing. I was told that they did take my insurance and that I was covered. They even told me my co-pay which I paid them. Then I received a $400 bill in the mail because they were not in network nor

Dr. Mirza is a great endocrinologist who pays detailed attention to your problems and does her tests and provides the proper medicine. Her staff work efficiently to help the patients to be comfortable and well taken care of.

I have been a patient of Dr Mirza's for ten years, until today. I didn't fire Dr Mirza, I fired the new "management."Dr Mirza is a wonderful provider and I sincerely hope she's able to continue to provide the same level of care to any patients who choose to remain under her care despite the staffing issues.
