So it's been a great while since my last post!! I believe they have come very far & my experience has been 100% better!!! The environment definitely feels a lot better too 😃 and the husbands hot! Yahh. I said what I said. ! Ruth is beautiful and kind and definitely misunderstood she's super sweet - so is her husband ❤️ love this pharmacy

After many years of good service, the number of my prescriptions increased in number a couple years ago. The number of them increased again this year. I have had problems almost every month in getting my correct prescriptions this year from Nord's. The "sync" is never correct, and one or two are not filled each month. Then this spring, I had one that I did not want filled (bought different formulation OTC), and had to ask three months in a row for them to take that bottle back as they still filled it; finally Ruth herself, with no apologies for the oversight, stated to my face, that she "promised" it would not be filled again. MY EXPERIENCE NORDS PHARMACY the women who owns it Ruth has been giving me problems for awhile now and this was my breaking point. Ruth to me is unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude in her "professional" voice. sounding nice but no tone or words of common courtesy or consideration and talking as if she made no mistake. I have been waiting for a medication for a month now I know insurance can be a big part of it. I get it. she is always coming up with other stories to prevent me from my medication. I am set up to receive RX messages notifying me of my prescriptions getting done which I really like. They've always been keen on that. EXCEPT this last time I received notification I called to confirm because I've been getting the round a bout for said medication which I desperately need

Evan, Clearly You did not read my full post My medication was ready and Ruth said it wasn't but I got a letter in the mail stating it was ready that day and she said oh yeah we got it the next day The PA has nothing to do with this. It's the incompetency the rudeness and unprofessionalism I am talking about withholding information and my medication
