I had a question about an over-the-counter drug and I needed to know if there were 2 specific ingredients. Never found out because I was cut off by the pharmacist and told if I have any more questions I should come into the store because he's busy. A 30 sec conversation with a potential customer was too long I guess. I'm not going to come in if the product doesn't have what I need. Good job.

Moved to the area and asked to have prescriptions transferred from my old neighborhood pharmacy. They told me they preferred prescriptions straight from the doctor so instead of having another pharmacy send them they wanted me to wait till Monday, wait for a doctor’s office to get back to me, then wait for them to send the prescription to the pharmacy instead of having my previous pharmacy simply send the prescriptions over for immediate pickup. When you are sick or disabled, you often have multiple doctors prescribing medicine. Making patients jump through hoops seems to be the norm here, but thankfully there are other neighborhood pharmacies.

The owner is a an arrogant, rude and bitter man who doesnt know how to communicate with his customers. Anyone who can’t answer a few simple questions regarding medication use should raise a red flag. I wouldn’t trust this pharmacy and would rather go to Rite Aid or Walgreens. At least they treat their customers with respect.
