Nonny's Hands Bodywork

I have been receiving high quality massages from Nick for several years now and can’t recommend them enough! Nick has incredible body intuition and a vast understanding of anatomy. Nick’s mat-based Thai massage works with the whole body to help reset and align all connected areas, not just the focused area of pain like other massage styles. Nick has been able to help resolve several long-term issues of mine including knee swelling/joint pain, TMJD pain and recurrence, and radial nerve/muscle tension in the wrist. I feel safe and cared for in Nonny’s hands and will continue to work with Nick for as long as I can!

Nick is great. He uses a mix of traditional Thai and Chinese massage methods to help me with both pain relief and day-to-day body mobility. I came to him with chronic scapula (upper back) pain that a typical swedish massage has never been able to help. And through the use of his hands, elbows, and even his knees and feet at times, he was able to give me lasting results that other massage therapists and/or chiropractors could not. I would recommend him to anyone with deep or chronic pain points or any ailment that you just could not resolve yourself or with other therapies/therapists.

Great continuous care for everyone but in my case it's been as an amateur dancer and athlete. I don't think my body would've survived the strain I put it through if I didn't have Nick as my massage therapist. His advice goes beyond the mechanical care and includes but is not limited to restorative self care and a wealth of information about my specific bodywork.
