Nona Pediatric Center - Dr. Salma Elfaki

Dr. Elfaki is my son favorite pediatrician. The first time I met Dr. Elfaki when my son was still in my belly 🤭, her office was in Port Orange back then. She is my son pediatrician since he was born. We kept continuing visits her when she moved to Lake Nona, Then, when my son was in Elementary School, we decided to go to the closer pediatric. It was only couple years until one day my son was asking us if he can see Dr. Elfaki. He does love her, We do love her too. Then we decided to make a trip from Daytona Beach to Lake Nona to have her back as his pediatrician. My son is turning 14yo this month. His doctor visit is always enjoyable and the staffs are very nice. 💚

Dr. Elfaki and the entire team at Nona Pediatrics have been such an important part of our family’s life since both of our boys were born—they are now 12 and 6 years old. From day one, the care we’ve received has gone far beyond what you would ever expect from a pediatrician’s office. Over the years, they have truly become family to us. We actually travel all the way from Merritt Island just to see Dr. Elfaki, and that alone says everything about the level of trust and care she provides. There is no one else we would want caring for our children. Dr. Elfaki has gone above and beyond for our family time and time again, especially during moments when we really needed support. I went for a std test, she wasnt exactly right on what it was. I knew it was herpes but she it wasn't. Her immediate access to medication was very good, she gave me meds at first for everything she thought it could be and modified it to just acyclovir for me. Her attitude about it not being herpes was way too headstrong, although this isnt really an std clinic like that so i can understand. I have had a rather good experience so far.

We are so grateful to have Dr. Elfaki as our daughter’s doctor! She is knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring. Dr. Elfaki always takes the time to listen to our concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure we feel comfortable with each step of care. Most importantly, she puts our daughter at ease, which means so much to us. Her staff is equally wonderful, professional, and always ready to help, which makes every visit a great experience.

The doctor takes time to listen to every concern, explains everything clearly, and treats my little one with so much care and gentleness.
