I have dealt with this company for many years. For the first couple years, they were great. I was on Dupixent injection for severe dermatitis. Shipments were auto filled by text and received on time. I went off the med for about a year. When I went back on the medication, my doctor gave me the loading dose in office and said Noble would ship me out the next dose. Noble contacted me, got my information set up everything and then never sent meds. I called every week for a month with no one returning my calls. I finally got someone on the phone and they sent out the delivery and said they fixed issue. One month later I get the refill text and respond, set up the delivery ok. Delivery date come and goes with o medication. I call them. They say they fixed issue the issue and send out the medic

I scheduled my meds to be delivered 3/6/26 and they were never delivered. I wasn’t contacted by this pharmacy to let me know there was a delay or anything. Which is ILLEGAL this place better count its days because a lawsuit is coming their way.

Absolutely the lowest. Lost my medication for a month. Wanted me to file nightmare red tape BS concerning it. Had to call 3 times for the next medication refill. And the it was never shipped. Spoke with drunk customer service woman slurrng her words, coughing into the phone. Disgusting and stupid. This was the Syracuse NY branch. If you can go to another place I’d definitely skip this provider. Believe it or not Walmart has a great pharmacy!

Fast refill time- always get it the next day, and always receive tracking information for it. Very convenient that they can have it shipped to my work, house, or dad’s house. The only thing I wish that could be better is the patient portal. I’ve been trying to sign up for a while but every time I input my RX information to verify my account for use it says that an unexpected error has occured.

I strongly dislike using this pharmacy and would NEVER recommend it. It’s my only cost-effective option through my job’s insurance, otherwise, I’d be long gone. I have to jump through hoops just to get my prescribed meds, and I’m sick of it. DO NOT opt into text refill—IT. DOES. NOT. WORK. I’ve tried three times with three different agents, and I’m still stuck calling every few weeks just to get a refill. The patient portal is useless—I’ve been getting the same “technical difficulties” message for months just trying to locate my profile, and nothing has been fixed despite telling customer service multiple times. They even sent me the wrong dosage recently, and I didn’t catch it right away, used it, and now I just have to wait until the next fill. I’d been trying to get a refill for weeks
