Beware. Terrible owners and an extremely disturbing experience. After a disagreement with the owners, I discovered a screw in my tire while I was inside next door. The screw was fresh and clearly had not been driven on, indicating it was placed there intentionally. When the police were called, the owners acted completely oblivious. This felt unsafe, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.
