Took my Great Pyr rescue for annual check up. Adam at the front desk remembered my pet’s name and full rescue story 5 minutes into the conversation and is a real person who really cares. Followed up with detailed email. Also sent records over shortly after vax. Experience was efficient at appointment and I was in and out quickly. Excellent and thorough care.
