I am thrilled to post this glowing review for Dr Louis Nkrumah and his entire team following my recent successful microdiscectomy and laminectomy surgery. Dr. Nkrumah is not only a supremely skilled neurosurgeon—the procedure was a complete success—but he also possesses an incredible bedside manner that made the entire process easy and reassuring. He is absolutely the easiest physician I have ever worked with, taking his time during every visit so I never felt rushed, and providing explanations that were incredibly clear and easy to understand. I especially appreciated that he never got upset or impatient with the many questions my family and I asked. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Nkrumah, Deanna and his staff. He is a gifted doctor. I feel great after having major back surgery. I can walk without pain. Plus he has wonderful bedside manner. Deanna is a skilled PA, and they work excellent together. They are very attentive and caring to you as a person. They make you feel like family. I must also mention his office staff. They are always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Nkrumah, PA Deanna, and the rest of the team were upmost professionals and extremely caring. All of my questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly. A fantastic experience all around. The before and after surgery care was top tier! My surgery was a compIex fusion done over two days and I could not have asked for a better outcome. I highly, and without reservation, recommend DR. Dr. Nkrumah and PA Deanna Getty exemplified the utmost professionalism and skill in helping me deal with my spinal issues and to prepare for surgery. They showed the utmost care and concern for my every need. The surgery was very involved and they handled it… and me…. wonderfully. Not only did he live up to his impressive credentials but he is the nicest, and most compassionate doctor Ive ever had taken care of me.He has a great group of doctors working with him as well as his staff (Lady) and assistant Deanna. I had a lumbar laminectomy done at Huntington hospital and also can't say enough about them also.Would highly recommend !
