Elsa was very kind, helpful, and efficient. She gave me all the directions to get here for my husband's care. I 100% recommend this place; the service is very fast and they are very friendly.

The doctor is great been seeing him for years but the front desk staff is rude. Especially the younger lady who answered the phone and told me to come in without even asking my name or asking the reason for my visit. Once i get there she informed me they no longer accept my insurance. which she would know if she took the time to verify any of my information prior to my visit however i did switch insurance and could use my new one instead. Because my insurance charged no co-pay for office visits the doctor wanted to charge me $45. I had no problem paying the doctor however i argued that she should’ve verified my insurance before i made the trip even if am an existing patient or not. She told me i should’ve called them when i switched my insurance company. Basically implying i should do HER

He was one of my favorite doctors. Until he started passing off my medical needs as anxiety and prescribed me to a medication that almost killed me. I didn’t sue because he is a good person but his lack of following medical protocols is pretty serious. Also his front desk staff really is horrible and charging my for a co pay just to call and ask simple questions is fraud.

The staff ( especially woman named MARIA ) here is one of the worse. Not only are they rude but has no regard for patient’s time and request. The staff will put you on hold for hours when calling, and no follow ups on your requests. Every time there is a random excuses for their incompetence. When confronting the staff about this they will simply hang up on you. I will not bother visiting the doctor as long as the staff is not trained properly on how to do their jobs.

Awful experience with this doctor; he had treated me with total disregard and ambivalence. And by the looks of it I’m not the only one. Misdiagnosed me 3 times probably spent less then 5 minutes in total looking into it. He spent little to no time to answer any questions and hardly gave me an answer as to what was wrong. Wasted hundreds in visits and prescriptions. I had to finally go to a real doctor / dermatologist to get properly diagnosed and treated, which was resolved in one visit.
