This place was by far the best decision I could have made when my little one needed urgent care. It happened by design and couldn’t have went any better. My child came home from school with a very urgent need, I knew immediately that I did NOT want to go to our local ER and it was too late to call our pediatrician. I pulled up google and the first name I saw under “kids after hours urgent care” was “nite owl peds”. I had heard the name before several times, but never been so I made a call asked a few questions and then headed that way ( it was a 24 minute drive ) well worth it. They answered all of my questions, got us back quickly, calmed my daughter, was so gentle with her during exam, did a fantastic job at communicating to me and to her what was going to happen. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and efficient—which makes such a difference when you’re there with a sick or uncomfortable child. I especially want to recognize Heather H., the medical assistant, who was absolutely wonderful. She was calm, compassionate, and so good with my son, helping put him at ease during a stressful moment. She took the time to explain what she was doing and treated us with genuine kindness, not like we were just another number. The visit was smooth, professional, and reassuring, and we left feeling well taken care of. Thank you to Heather H. and the entire team for making a tough day a little easier. Highly recommen

We had a wonderful experience at Night Owl Pediatrics Urgent Care! From check-in to check-out, the staff were attentive, friendly, and truly cared about my child’s comfort. Heather Harris was especially great—she was thoughtful, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put us at ease. Wait times were short, and the care was excellent. It’s such a relief to have a reliable pediatric urgent care open at night when regular offices are closed. Highly recommend!

Nobody likes when their kids get sick, but I love that we have such a comfortable place to take them. The team at Nite Owl is always friendly, patient, and kind. Every provider and medical assistant has been wonderful. The MA I see most often is Heather Harris, and she truly goes above and beyond. My daughter has been through so much in her little life, and Heather literally sat on the floor with her, helping her pick out stickers and making her feel safe and cared for. She took care of everything we needed and treated us like family. This is, without a doubt, the best urgent care my family has ever been to. ❤️
