NiteLite Pediatric Urgent Care

This is a great place to take kids especially when you don't want to have to go to the ER. They are Friendly, Fast and efficient. The front desk and nurses are always so nice and very helpful. And the P.A. Tonya is always sweet and informative. My children all have different attitudes when it comes to Doctors and being checked, my younger 2 just got with the flow, but my oldest is a bit of a nightmare, because he gets very nervous. He said he was comfortable there at nitelite and when I have an issue asks to go there. Tonya has always helped by kids to feel better and you can tell she cares So glad this place and these people EXIST!

Highly recommended, Tonya and the staff have always treated the kids like family as with other family’s in the facility. Typically in and out within 30-45 minutes for all 3 kids when it is busy. You will not find a better quality service Tonya and her team provide with the knowledge and experience in the Johnston county area. I would also recommend Tonya and her staff over going to the e.r because you get a more thorough service with less hassle and a shorter wait time. Would give them a 10/5 if possible 5/5 does not give enough credit for the hard work they do.

Very pleasant and professional staff. The Provider was super attentive and made my son feel comfortable. She immediately diagnosed him and provided us with proper and adequate prescriptions to get him on the path to recovery. HIGHLY recommend this practice for your urgent care needs!

I live right around the corner from nitelite so every time my child is sick I bring her in there and they are ALWAYS the best. The doctor and nurses there are so nice and genuinely care about my child’s well-being. I have been to many doctors that act like you’re bothering them by needing to be seen so it is nice for my child to be taken care of by such kind people. It doesn’t matter how l have to wait I will always do it for her and her nurses to see my child!

I am a single mom of 10 kids, most with special needs. Tonya and the staff at Nite Lite, not only deliver quality medical care, but they are also patient and understanding and never even bat an eye when I have to come in with several kids at once (when one gets sick they all get it!) plus some of the kids with special needs can get a bit rowdy and rambunctious, but the staff is always patient. With all the craziness of covid and dealing with bigger patient loads they still work to see everyone as efficiently possible. The nurse always compliments my kids and makes them feel special.
