Nina is talented, extremely knowledgeable, gentle, caring Permanent Makeup artist. I have been to other artists to have my eyebrows done and the tattooing was both painful and short lasting. Nina has perfected a way to make the process almost pain free. She provides excellent instructions for after care as well.
