I am writing to express my concerns about the lack of communication and patient care I have experienced during my recent medical process. On my first visit, I was seen as a priority patient due to my urgent medical condition. However, since being referred to a specialist, there has been little to no follow-up or clear communication regarding my test results. As a patient going through a difficult and stressful time, it is extremely concerning to feel unsupported and left in the dark about my health. When I try to reach out to your customer care team for updates, I find the responses lack empathy and do not provide the clarity or reassurance needed.
