There was a pharmacist by the name of DaLaunn B. I was outside of the pharmacy sitting on the stairs after a minor anxiety attack. She stepped outside and after seeing me, asked "are you waiting for medicine?", I responded with "yes...". She then asked if I got text notifications if my order was ready. I checked in to pick up medication from Kaiser Fremont Niles Pharmacy for the first time. The staff were happy serving the people who were there. I had no voice and could not speak, the staff who helped me had compassion and gladly picked up an OTC medication and told me to get well soon. I felt seen and I pray blessings and favor to the people who make a difference in this place.

I came here around 9am and spent 20 minutes for finding parking. I received my medication within 10 minutes. There was no line at that point. Wish Niles pharmacy has own parking for pickup medicines only.
