Dr Rai is nice & caring! She has a wonderful bedside manner! She takes her time during the exam & goes over everything thoroughly! The staff are all friendly & welcoming!

Friendly and courteous staff from the moment I walked in for my appointment. Dr. Rai is professional, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and uses a holistic approach to eye care. I’ve never been to an optician (or ophthalmologist) that discussed the effects of perimenopause/menopause on eye health! Very pleased with my overall experience!

She always gives me explanations for what she is looking for, why it's important, and what if anything I need to do about it. She is wonderful and kind.
