Nicolet Pharmacy

We turned in old medications after our dad passed away. Days later, we received a handwritten sympathy card from the pharmacy staff. Their friendliness & helpfulness reminds me of a small town pharmacy that you would see in a Hallmark movie. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond. I can't put into words how impressed I am by every interaction I've had at this pharmacy. Amy and pharmacy staff, Thank you for all you are and all you do.

Received a call from Jennifer that a prescription that was called in while we were vacationing up here was not in stock but she would call around and find at next closest pharmacy. She was amazing even though they were not getting our business. She was Friendly, helpful and professional! So nice to know we have competent understanding folks at our home away from home! Would recommend using Nicolet Pharmacy to anyone!

I've been a customer at Nicolet Pharmacy for close to 20 years and have had nothing but excellent experiences. The staff is always very helpful and polite. They even go out of their way to open the door for me when I come since I'm not able to pull it open myself. Gary, the owner, has always been very personable and is willing to go out of his way to make sure prescriptions are covered by insurance or he is matching prices as close as possible. I'm thankful to have such a caring group of people. Just a well rounded bunch making a little bit of a difference in our small community!

I was on vacation at our cottage and came down with shingles. So painful! They were so helpful prescribing me with over the counter options that were awesome! So thankful to have that small-town hospitality! Probably wouldn't have got that personal attention at home!
