Nicole has a ready smile, has a consistently upbeat and positive personality, is attentive, explains clearly, has alternative treatment plans ready if needed, is reassuring in trying circumstances.
Her engagement is something that I do not see as much in patient care. Sincere and patient, does not feel like she is in a hurry to get to her next patient and very positive and covers everything.
