Doctor Nicole Hibbs is the absolute best. I have a medically complex child and she takes the time to research all of my daughters needs and medical conditions to make sure she is properly taken care of. The staff that worked with her are always prompt on paperwork and always make sure everything I send get signed or acknowledged, the response team from the team if you leave a message is almost immediately called back. I trust Doctor Hibbs with my daughter so much.

Hands down the WORST run practice I have ever had to deal with. I’ve been waiting to hear back for 2 months on results for my daughter and have called over 20 times.. no one answers the phone, no one returns voicemails. For the past week the mail box has been full so I can’t even leave a voice mail. I by some miracle was transferred to a human being on one call but they let me know very curtly they were very loosely affiliated with the drs office and could not leave a message or have anyone return a call, right before they abruptly hung up on me. Calling my insurance now to switch doctors. What a complete waste of time and energy and the worst part is my daughter is still sick so we have to start the process over somewhere new. I implore whoever reads this TAKE YOUR CHILDREN ELSEWHERE!! Fo

Dr. Hibbs is an amazing pediatrician! We have been seeing her for the last six years and have recommended her to our family. She always takes her time with our daughter and addresses all our concerns. She has such a comforting and calming presence that was essential for me when I was a new mom worried about everything. I am grateful to have a pediatrician we can trust!

I want to start by saying I loved my experience with dr Hibbs. She is great, very attentive and kind, did not make me feel rushed. The reason for changing providers and giving a 1 star review is due to availability in the office. My second month check up appointment was made at my daughters 3 month mark because they are booked out months….. I went to the ER and was informed by the ER doctor to follow up within 2 days. And the doctors office would not fit me in, even when I informed them I would see ANYONE. My daughter is fine, thankfully but this is not an issue I want to continue to have with a pediatrician. As a first time mom, I have no idea what to do or if something is normal and I rely on a pediatrician for advice.

Dr. Nicole Hibbs is my kids pediatrician and I couldn't be happier with her care. Dr. Hibbs is knowledgeable and patient and will listen to you for as long as needed to provide the best quality care she is known to provide. I wouldn't take my kids any other place.
