Nicole Hancock

Dr Hancock shows she really cares about the patients. She takes the time to explain the condition. She also does lots of little things that are beneficial that other podiatrists don't. I can't remember the last time a doctor wrote out a 4 line post-it with tips and gave it to me. I didn't even have to ask. Another good sign is the office has a happy "tone". That comes from a positive work setting. The second visit proved to me the first visit wasn't an exception. It looks to be the norm.

she was the best foot and ankle doctor i ever met she did my heal surgery great bed side manor she called me a day after my surgery to check on me she gave me her phone number to call her if i needed anything always smiling , the staff in her office was great always made me feel welcome when you walk in the atmosphere was nice , i would recommend her if i have any more problems i would go back to her she explained to me about the surgery she let it be my choice rather i wanted to have the surgery, very nice doctor so is her staff ❤️

Very caring and thorough, never rushes you out she listens to your concerns
