Had the best experience with nicole! I felt an immediate increase in mobility and experienced blood flow to my hands i hadn't felt in way too long haha.The way she combines stretches, cupping, and a bit of the graston method was super effective for me, not to mention she's just welcoming and fun to be around. Can't wait to see her again !
