My review isn’t of the other physician in the practice, Dr. Haija, but of his office staff. It’s been three weeks since my follow-up appointment. Before leaving the office, I was promised two things: 1. A biologic nurse would be consulted about my most appropriate treatment course and then, 2. A insurance coordinator would follow up with more information within the week. After a second week of waiting, I decided to call the office and follow up on what had been done. The line to the insurance coordinator is always busy, so you must go through the receptionist to get her voicemail. Dr. Tyris saved my life. He diagnosed me years ago and I have followed him ever since. When he moves, I move, just like that lol He watched over my labs very carefully when I was pregnant (twins). When I was admitted he was there (not physically but just a phone call away) ordering labs staying in contact with high risk and the OB. He cares and listens. The best Rheumatologist, I will never switch or leave him!

After not having luck with multiple RA doctors - we found Dr. Tyris and so glad we did. My father has been going to him for a few years now due to his RA and I can’t say how happy he’s been. Dr. Tyris is really an amazing doctor! He’s always prompt for his appointments, spends time actually listening to his patients, and explains/answers all the questions we have - even if it’s a million!
