Nickman's Drug

They couldn't get one of my medications filled/ordered in about 2 months. They often forget to give you all of your medications. The staff never introduces themselves on the telephone or in person. You can hardly reach the pharmacy by phone without having to call multiple times. They have an answering service voicemail that they never call you back when you leave a message. You also never know who you're talking to on the telephone, or if you're actually talking to a pharmacist or not. The staff is also unfriendedly most times, and doesn't seem to know what is going on. Today they forgot to give me a very important medication, even though the man I spoke to in the morning said it would be ready. I myself was not the person picking up my meds, but still this happens often. They should know

Always friendly. The staff is always so welcoming. Fast and helpful. They are a great team of people! I go out of my way to go to this pharmacy. Always have something on sale and prices are reasonable. Best pharmacy hands down.

I went there for the first time to get a medication due to my doctor's office messing up my stuff.. I waited HOURS & it said ready for pickup, got over there & they couldn't find my prescription ANYWHERE.. 2 different people looked for it... one said "I know it's here, I filled it!" They looked on the rack like 20 different times & finally decided to fill it, 'again' according to them.. I've never been to a pharmacy where they lose prescriptions, but this one did. The woman at the cash register was SO SWEET though, that's the ONLY REASON I gave 2 stars, it should've only been one to none in my opinion.

Not a great experience here. I had to switch my pharmacy and I selected this one. What a mistake this was. Initially, they were great when I had switch but that went down hill quickly. They don't call or text to let you know your medicine is ready. When you call, they have rude attitudes. Also, when you call sometimes the number say they can't accept new messages. There is never no one ready when I stop to get my meds. You will stand there for several minutes until someone greets you (if you call it that). I will be moving my medicine elsewhere.
