Nicklaus Children's Urgent Care Center in Doral

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I took my 19-month-old son, to this hospital on Monday. The first doctor who came in to see him was extremely impatient and unprofessional. As soon as she entered the room, my son started crying, like many toddlers, he’s afraid of doctors. Instead of trying to comfort him or calm him down, she kept insisting on checking his ear by force, saying it was full of wax and she couldn’t see anything. It was a very stressful experience for my baby, especially since the reason for our visit was diarrhea, not an ear problem. She then called an assistant, but neither of them could handle the situation. Without saying a word or explaining anything, the doctor just walked out of the room and never came back. If I can write 0 starts I would . This dental office is the worse dental office ever . Every single time I have came here they take 2 hours to see me and this is with an appointment schedule . Today I was fed up and ask to speak to the manger her point of view was that she can’t control how long kids take at a dentist office . For a whole 45 minutes I’ve been sitting by the door where they call kids in and I asked why haven’t they called anyone in the last 45 minutes to the front desk guy he said there still on lunch break . So why would you give people an appointment at 12:00 pm and it’s 12:45 if they are lunch break still . The real issue isnt about the doctors taking long with the kids . It’s the unorganized facility with the managemt running it . No one should be waiting 2-3 hours for

Very happy with the experience, plenty parking space, friendly staff, fast response, clean facility, my son had back pain , was seen by doctor fast , did X Ray and got out quickly !! Very satisfied visit !!

Incredible that is allowed so low profile doctors in an emergency room, zero professionalism, zero communication skills ( don't even talk English ). Is very shameful to be there and receive such a low poor service and don't the four "chitchatters" on the front desk completely lost in personal conversations.

They made check-in smooth and stress-free. The nurses were compassionate and attentive, and I especially want to recognize Nurse Nicole, who went above and beyond. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but her gentle approach and genuine care made a huge difference during a stressful time. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we were comfortable, and truly treated us like family.
