I have been here several different times over the past 7 years with my kids. I have always had a positive experience. Everyone is kind, caring and so good with kids of all ages. Every single time, my entire visit has been less than 90 minutes. I highly recommend!

My appoitment was at 3 but they call me at 3:45 and the funny thing they say please be on time for your appt 🤣. I got earlier what about your guys to be on time. And please in Amazing place like this why they don’t fixing the phone calls i have to wait so long for talk to someone

Denied service. Have a sign that reads “only one adult can accompany the patient into the center.” (Emphasis on the patient). We arrived with two patients and two adults. Requested they separate us and treat us as separate patients with one adult per patient to comply with their one adult per patient rule. Initially denied us several times and insisted only one parent can enter with both patients (two very sick little children). After waiting outside in the sun for 10 minutes we were told the rule is actually “one adult per family”, despite this not existing anywhere in writing and contradicting the rule they had on their sign. We left to a different urgent center.

I love this dental office especially for children with special needs. They treat them very well and always accommodate. Although, since the pandemic I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone over the phone and its been 42 minutes... so far. I requested an appointment online and hopefully they will respond sooner that way. If not I would have to drive 35 minutes just to make an appointment, and hope they have something available. An update on this review: after just 43 minutes I got through with someone on the line. I was able to schedule the appointments that I needed. Thank you Nicklaus Children Doral dentistry it was worth the wait over the phone. These people are very professional and caring.
