I have been here numerous times. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient. The check-in process was smooth, and we were seen quickly. The medical team was absolutely amazing with my child. They took the time to explain everything in a calm, reassuring way that made both of us feel comfortable. You can truly tell they specialize in pediatrics — they knew exactly how to talk to my child and ease their fears. The facility was clean, organized, and clearly designed with kids in mind. I had a wonderful experience at Nicklaus Urgent Care. My nurse, Andrea Sanchez, was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, kind, and so reassuring. She made us feel safe and was incredibly sweet with my baby, which meant the world to me. The rest of the staff was also kind, professional, and welcoming. Our toddler got the flu while we were attending a conference in Florida. The Nicklaus Children's Homestead Urgent Care Center were wonderful. He was seen promptly and tested for flu, COVID and strep. The doctor was very kind and spent a considerable time with us giving us advice on how to keep him comfortable. The staff were very experienced with working with kids, knowing how to distract them and how to get them to cooperate. We were very pleased.

Nothing open after 5pm for kids in the keys!(urgent care) Just absolutely LOVE this urgent care. The staff is amazing, the MD’s are amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience at NCH.
