Nicholson Dental

I have tried to look at their website but it is something entirely different and not dentistry related. Tried to call their number cause I believe their office has dental records I need for a different dentist office who I scheduled an appointment with but their phone number is not connected correctly or is just not the correct one. Does anyone know what is up with this dentist office?

If I could give negative stars I would. The receptionist I spoke with at 2:30 on June 14 was the absolute coldest rudest woman I have ever spoken with in customer service. As a business owner myself I pride myself on going above and beyond to ensure my customers feel valued and taken care of. Dr Nicholson and her staff DO NOT CARE about the patients only your hard hearted money. I had a severe eating disorder as a teen and at first I felt wow I finally found a dentist who cares...but she has pushed off my appointments so much to the point I can barley eat, my teeth grinding and weak enamel are causing further suffering and the way I was treated now has given me the fear to seek dental help from ANYONE. Dr. Nicholson you and your negligence have caused me further pain suffering AND money.

I have some real dental problems, I have known I needed work but every other dentist was rough and very painful. I started coming to Dr. Nicholson about 2 1/2 years ago and I will continue to come see her! She really cares and knows what she is doing, the best part is she is so good that I don't even feel the benzocaine medication when the give it to me. Great staff, friendly and quick service, no long waits and they make u feel extremely comfortable being in a dental office. I'm excited for the work to be completed but untill then DR. Nicholson I will be one of your loyal customers!! Thank you for all that you have done for me and others that were to afraid to smile but can be confident and have that smile they want back.

Dr. Nicholson is great, the previous reviewer that gave 1 star must be confused. She and her staff are very professional and informative, the vibe in the office is relaxing and the employees are outgoing and polite. I have been treated by several different dentists over the years and Dr. Nicholson is by far the best. I just had 2 teeth pulled today, she explained the procedure step-by-step, and there was very little pain or discomfort involved. No one "likes" going to the dentist but I feel like Dr. Nicholson and her staff make the experience as painless and enjoyable as possible. I had an appointment and was called back within 10 minutes of arriving - no wait at all. .

I have always have had a phobia when going to the dentist from childhood. Things and procedures have changed over the years. The staff understands where I’m coming from. Gentleness and kindness has one me over. Healthy teeth and gums are so important. I am grateful for the employees who care and treat me with concern. I am glad since retiring here in K-Falls, I have a professional place to go and keeps me smiling. 😉
