ZERO stars! My friend died because Dr. Van Lith gave him a steroid and did not monitor for an ongoing infection. Dr. Van Lith did not give him antibiotics and ignored numerous updates from my friend about his worsening condition. How could Dr. Van Lith be so stupid and dismissive to cause my friend to die? He should have his license removed!
