Nick is fantastic. He has helped me immensely in my journey to get better. Giving me great excercises to help with my lower back pain and constantly checking to see if I’m okay but still encouraging me to do the work to get better.

Nicholas has been working on an exercise routine to help with my back pain. He provides weekly exercises tailored to my needs.
Nick is a great athletic trainer. He really pushes you to get better, even on the days you don’t want to do the work. He is a ball of energy and really made coming to PT a fun experience. I don’t know where he gets his energy from all day, but whether it’s 9am or 6pm he will bring the energy and the vibes. My overall recovery is going faster than expected and I’ll will give the credit to Nick and the alliance team for getting me back on my feet.
Nick is awesome! I really appreciate the time he takes with each of my sessions. He understands what my recovery requires and has designed specific exercises and approaches that has me progressively feeling better and stronger. I highly recommend Nick and the Alliance Team!
