I’ve never had so many issues with a doctor’s office. They’ve called and texted multiple times asking for a payment, but I’ve never received a bill or statement. Because of this, they refused to refill my prescription and won’t let me speak with the doctor. The staff is unprofessional and doesn’t respect privacy — during my last visit, they asked personal questions with the door wide open and were talking loudly about unrelated things. The whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional .

I think he might have retired, I called over 20 times no answer. I needed referrals and none were sent. Couldn’t get ahold of them, also went to the office and the door was closed. Choose a different doctor.

It's bad enough to have a medical condition that you will be on a prescription for life, but then you go to a DR that insists that he has a consultation each and every month in order for you to get your prescription! What changed since last month, NOTHING! If I could rate it a 0 or negative stars, I would. He sits in his chair at least 6feet distance, and if you are lucky he will remember why you are there! Just there to collect your $$$ is how I see it. Office staff, is no help either!

I have been a patient since moving here 4 years ago. I have been very pleased with the care I've received by the Dr & his staff. He & his staff are very thorough & attentive each time I have been there.

Been calling over 15 times needed a referral and never got a call back or any referral.
