I have seen Dr. Binder several times at Escondido office and twice at the La Mesa office, I received a cataract surgery by Dr. Binder, I did not have any issue on my right eye, everything was perfect, I decided to have my second surgery on my left eye, operation was okay but I have had a lots pain and vision issues on it after the surgery, my appointment was on May 29th, 2024. I went to La Mesa office, an Iraqi female reception approached me with a very nasty attitude to stay behind the sign without using any please or other words to ask me to stay behind the sign, her co-worker came over and said she can help me and this one started the same way”very bad attitude” they are thinking they own this office, and thinking I need them very badly, I said to her, by the way I don’t need you, you n
