Very unprofessional and rude…my baby’s appointment was 9:45am and they keep me waiting till 11:30 am and when i ask why it taking long time.i have job to go…then they said you can reschedule…and this is not the first time…every time same experience and they are very rude and unprofessional and unhelpful…i am changing the dr right now…

Niagara Pediatrics is an extremely unprofessional clinic. They make up half of the policies as they go. I was told that there was a new law that required children to have annuals after their birthdays. This is a lie, it's actually their new policy. They never answer the phone from the moment they come in until the time they leave. They had a gas leak today. Instead of contacting the patient to reschedule their appointment when the gas company arrived. I walked and was told to leave and they will try to call me tomorrow.

I really wanted to hold out for this pediatrics because I never had a bad experience with any doctors or nurses, but boy are they becoming so unreliable. My children have been going here for five years. Unfortunately, recently every time I call to make an appointment or speak to a nurse, no one answers. It goes straight to a machine that says the reception/nurses station are unavailable. I've been calling for months to get an appointment and they never call back to answer my voicemails. My daughter also has to get regular blood work every three months. The script is never ready, it is never sent. Trying to contact them about sending it over will take me minimum of 5 tries just to get to a nurse or reception. It is impossible to work with them anymore.

We're incredibly taken care of. If I ever have a question or request it's usually addressed immediately or within the day. Dr Hughes and Julie have been so amazing to work with.
