The front desk and nursing staff are consistently unprofessional and lack basic compassion. The radiologist was shockingly careless — she told me I was pregnant with twins after barely scanning me for two minutes.(I was NOT pregnant with twins. It was one baby) This is such a sensitive and emotional time for any woman, and to be rushed and treated like an inconvenience is completely unacceptable. I’ll never forget when one of the nurses asked why I was in, and after I explained, she responded with, “Aww, hope it ain’t a miscarriage.” I was stunned by how insensitive and inappropriate that was. THANK YOU DR.SARAH B & RN TAMMY RN KATHLEEN ! That’s the only good thing about this office . For starters Reception needs a good class on customer service skills . They rise my blood pressure as soon as I walk in ! For you all to be the first point of contact for an expecting mother YOUR TERRIBLE ! & very much untrustworthy! The attitudes & lack of compassion is disgusting . And for 2 ppl that literally sit and talk about everything but do their jobs the phone constantly rings and I’ve witnessed them SIT THERE ! Talk about patients in degrading manners . I’m not a happy expecting mom at all going here . Kudos to those I named in the beginning but please fire that front reception desk !

Do not waste your time calling this place—it's pointless! They never answer the phone, and it's beyond frustrating. The front desk staff consistently displays rudeness and disrespect for no reason at all. While I have a high regard for most of the providers, particularly Dr. Cheryl Gonda—who truly deserves recognition—the clinic needs to take immediate action. They should either close down or completely revamp the front staff. Furthermore, I never receive appointment reminders or any sort of communication from them, which is entirely unacceptable. I have followed them since their days at Children's Hospital on Bryant Street, and this level of service is simply disappointing.

Absolutely horrible! They canceled my appointment more than once 30 minutes before my appointment because they only have one sonographer there. It’s really unprofessional and a sure way to make an expecting more more anxious.

This five star rating is for the RN Tammy Wagner for going above and beyond for me today! I've been having some serious health issues, and my doctor at the Kensington clinic wanted to get me in for an ultrasound as soon as possible, so I was sent here. Unfortunately, the technician at this location called out sick twice, canceling my appointments. This morning, I called to see if I could reschedule as soon as possible (because I have an appointment with a specialist this coming Tuesday), and when I was unable to get through to the front desk multiple times, I decided to try my luck with the prompt that lets you speak to the nurses. Tammy was absolutely wonderful, compassionte, and reassuring, and was able to rearrange the schedule in such a way that they could fit me in right away. Such a
