My father went there three times after a stay in the hospital to get stronger and be able to transfer safely. Last visit he would fall out of his wheelchair and I told them it was probably his ears. Finally they had someone clean them out and he stopped falling. He needed a bed again and they turned him down because he requires “more work” than the average patient. They are all about the bottom dollar and really don’t care about relationships or patients.

If anyone has a choice to pick a place for physical therapy, I strongly recommend choosing NHC. The staff is amazing! The facility is very clean and very spacious. The staff makes it feel like home away from home. They have wonderful food as well! Due to COVID-19, I wasn’t able to get pictures of the entire facility, just the entrance.

If I could give zero stars to this place, I absolutely would. The only advice I can give to everyone or anyone thinking about sending their loved ones there is don’t do it. My fiancé was in there for two weeks. I was not allowed to speak with her nor allowed to visit nor was her mother or father.They are heartless people that just care about is a paycheck. They are VERY neglectful and VERY disrespectful…but they have to live with that. That’s my experience with this place that’s supposed to take “good care” of their patients. SUPER SAD FOR EVERYONE IN THAT PLACE👎🏻

Excellent care for your loved one. Nice facility - well kept and managed. My family member received excellent care, proper therapy and strong support. Iris was an excellent advocate for his health and Aaron did a fantastic job staying on top of the most pressing concerns. There's a reason this is the best facility in Kingsport.

The NHC team took very good care of my stepmother as she recovered from a broken hip. Aaron Wood, a social worker there, was extremely responsive and either always answered his phone immediately or quickly returned phone calls. He was very helpful during my stepmother's entire stay and facilitated her transition to assisted living. The entire care team was very kind to her and ensured her well-being. Brandon and Kelsey are two care workers we came to know and they were extremely supportive and responsive. The food there was excellent and my stepmother enjoyed every meal. We could not be happier with the care my stepmother received at. NHC. She had a confused night and was unable to find her nurse's button, but she was able to contact me and I immediately reached the staff there who went
