He is kind, approachable, and extremely responsive—he even gives you his personal phone number so you can text or call him if you have any questions or aren’t feeling well, something I’ve never experienced with other doctors. He takes the time to explain things clearly and ensures that I fully understand my care options. What stands out most is how comfortable he makes you feel during appointments. The Best Medical Experience I’ve Ever Had! I recently joined Nexus Primary Care with Dr. Jay Moore, and it has completely changed the way I think healthcare should work. In my opinion, this is the ideal model for how every physician practice should be run. Dr. Moore runs a concierge-style practice where patients pay a monthly membership (mine is $100/month as a student).
