I have nothing but positive things to say about Nexus Physical Therapy. The entire staff is caring and kind. I’ve had Achilles tendonitis and their treatment plan has been very helpful in reducing my pain and strengthening the muscles necessary to help heal the issue.

Simon the therapist is really social he really made me feel like i was talking to an old friend, and his exercises and manual are top notch! they make sure you're comfortable and you're feeling alright throughout your therapy. 10/10!!! nexus

I have been dealing with back pain and chronic discomfort from a work related strain & pinched nerve in my upper back. My worker's comp claims adjuster scored when they found Nexus PT in the UCSD/UTC area which is very close to my residence! Dr. Patrick and his team provided excellent service and were a major factor in my recovery. In just 6 sessions over the course of 3 weeks, the tingling in my upper back, pain after lifting items, discomfort from regular exercise, and pain when taking deep breaths has gone away. Treatment included stretching, band work, cupping, electrical stimulation and heat therapy. Dr Pat's recommendations will help me long-term as I rebuild strength, endurance, and mobility. The relief I got was an answered prayer!

Simon is the man. I had a quad tendon repair surgery and he has been instrumental in my recovery. He works hard and makes every patient feel accounted for. Even if he is working with multiple patients at a time he still manages to properly attend everyone. I think Simon is the gold standard for physical therapists.

Great location, and the staff is excellent... from the PT pros to the assistants and Ivan, who takes care of scheduling and so much more. We are sad that we are done, but happy that we can go back whenever we want! Great job putting this successful, multiple location, PT business together Chad (owner)!!
