NextCare Urgent Care Scottsdale - E. Shea Blvd

This evening I had a wonderful experience with this Nextcare urgent care location. I am a provider who works in the community and called this location for assistance which they were able to provide! The front desk staff easily could’ve just declined to save herself the time, but she helped me instead and I very much appreciate it.

Jalene who checked me in was so kind and compassionate and helpful. The time in the waiting room was very limited and Abigail the medical assistant got me back to the exam room right away and Abigail took my medical information and was very kind and also compassionate and attentive. The wait time for the doctor was only a little longer due to some medical emergencies that came in that required immediate attention whereas my situation was not urgent so I didn’t mind the wait. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful and addressed my problem with appropriate treatment and I was on my way! I have always had positive experiences with this urgent care location and I will always go back as long as needed. I would definitely recommend this provider.

Visit with Dr Ryan Treat was great. The meds he prescribed are working as intended. The X-rays were taken this morning and should be sent to Dr Ryan Treat by now. Thank you all for seeing me without any delay when I called for an appointment. Dick Andersen

They squeezed me in and were so pleasant and accommodating to make me closer to feeling better! Had just been there Saturday for another issue and they were gracious enough to see me again.  Jillian, PA and her staff were professional, thoughtful and thorough.  I have been coming here for over 5 years and the ease of getting an appointment with minimal wait is a PLUS especially when you or a loved one isn’t feeling their best!

The entrance was completely empty-no people or employees-and very dark with little light. I am visually impaired and I could not figure out how to find the urgent care office, so I walked around the circle entrance and tried to read what was on each door to no avail. I saw a long empty hallway, walked down it looking at each door till I found it. The whole urgent care is pretty much hidden within a several hundred feet hallway of closed doors. There is no outside entrance. I will never go back there.
